Do I need to be good at yoga / Pilates to come on this retreat?

The short answer is, NO! There is no such thing as being ‘good’ or ‘bad’ at yoga or Pilates - all we ask for is an open heart and mind, positive attitude and willingness to try! You can be a seasoned practitioner with years of experience or a beginner - our classes are catered to all levels, and there will always be at least one teaching assistant present to help with adjustments and assists.

Can I book on to come on my own?

Of course! Being a rebel is all about being warm, welcoming, and making new friends. If you choose a room sharing option, but you are booking on on your own, we will work with you to pair you up with someone you will enjoy sharing with.

Can I come with my partner/mum/sister/etc?

Of course! Everyone is welcome - we have plenty of lovely rooms for you to have an enjoyable experience with your partner or any loved one.

Who can come on this retreat?

Anyone and everyone who has a kind heart and a yogi soul. By yogi soul, we mean someone who is curious, accepting and loving of others. We didn’t want to limit this retreat to any specifics, create a super intense or intimidating yoga environment, or a retreat that was too serious. We welcome all genders, all souls, as long as you have a kind heart, a positive attitude and are up for having fun, you are welcome!

Do I have to take part in the full schedule?

You are free to take part in as many or as little activities as you would like, we just ask that you be present for the opening and closing ceremonies. Full participation is encouraged to get the most out of the experience, but we also totally understand that you may need your own time from time to time.

Am I able to pay via a payment plan?
